My husband and I drop in here when we are in town visiting family. It is a great workout and the members always make us feel welcome. Jen went above and beyond when I forgot my trainers and she had extra's that I could use. I would highly recommend dropping in if you are in the area!

My fiance and I joined CFC July 2019 and I can say it has been an amazing experience. The trainers are very knowledgeable in form and technique so you don't injure yourself. The workouts are programmed in 6 week periods which I found to be unique and really tests how much strength you can build within those 6 weeks. The CFC crew is like a family - they like to go out and socialize, host events, challenges and ultimately, just have fun! Who said working out can't be fun?!
