Our Barbell Club is a highly specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. We offer this program on a cycling basis whereby you sign up to participate in this program in addition to regular CrossFit classes. This program typically runs for 10-12 weeks at a time, meeting once to twice per week.

Our gymnastics specialty course focuses on the advanced gymnastics skills – think pistols, double-unders, chest-to-bar pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups and handstand walks.
