CrossFit Teens

Learn to lift and move well when you're young and you'll enjoy a lifetime of fitness!

Our teens program expands upon the nine foundational movements learned in CrossFit Kids and starts integrating additional lifting (including Olympic lifting) and advanced gymnastics skills. The focus here is on consistency and technique before load. With consistent attendance, teens can easily transition into adult classes when they graduate from high school.
