Women's Strength Training

A class designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift well.

Are you intimidated by the idea of “lifting weights”? Join our supportive community of female lifters where technique and consistency rule the day. You will be empowered to learn all the major lifts including Olympic lifting safely and correctly. We know body composition changes quickly when we introduce strength training into our fitness regimen. Try out this class if you want to see results both inside and out. Strong is beautiful ladies!
