Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to achieve the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically geared for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions and regularly adjust your programming based on progress.
Athletes who play competitive sports require strength and conditioning off the field, court or ice to ensure they achieve top physical condition and avoid sport-specific muscle weakness and injury. We provide off-season and in-season training programs for athletes geared specifically to complement their sport. Want to train with a teammate? Sign-up for semi-private sessions and push each other on and off the court, field or ice!
GENERAL FITNESS ENTHUSIAST:
For the general fitness enthusiast who prefers not to participate in group classes, personal training may be exactly what you’re looking for. Our coaches will design a program to meet your goals and encourage you to attend regular sessions in order to realize marked progress.
CURRENT CROSSFIT MEMBERS:
For those members who already attend group classes regularly, personal training allows you to hone in on specific skills that you want to improve upon and receive appropriate progressions and corrective coaching along the way. We recommend you take advantage of this option as often as possible to finally get that handstand push-up, muscle-up or those double-unders!
